If you are taking prints from baby, or small child, it is best to do so when they are in calm mood or sleeping.

When taking the prints, just be firm enough to ensure the body part (i.e. hand/foot) has fully made contact with page. Too much pressure will result in a loss of detail.

Don't panic about any small smudges or imperfections. These can be removed during the editing process.
